Emily offers an intuitive blend of Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and trauma-aware somatic care. Rooted in presence, deep listening, and the intelligence of the body, her sessions create space for the nervous system to settle, energy to move, and a deeper sense of connection and coherence to emerge.

Her work can support healing, grief, personal transformation, and spiritual awakening, and is especially nourishing during times of transition, initiation, and change.
