Heather completed her 200-hour teacher training through the New School of Yogic Arts in 2016, under the direction of Laura Ahrens and Andrew Tanner. She also holds a BA in psychology as well as a BFA in painting from The State University of New York, College at Potsdam, in addition to an MFA from School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University.
