Natalie Hurd (she/her)

Natalie was first introduced to yoga in college, as a form of cross-training to support her college soccer team’s bodies throughout their season. What started as a great way to stretch has become an integral part of Natalie’s daily life, evolving far beyond the physical practice into the mental, emotional, and spiritual states as well. Perhaps the greatest benefit Natalie has experienced through her yoga practice is mental resilience and inner peace, an outcome that previously felt unattainable.

Natalie received her 200 hour RYT from Coolidge Yoga, and strives to empower her students with deep connections to the breath and body, fostering a sense of self-clarity, inner wisdom, and overall wellbeing. 

When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, Natalie enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her cat Walnut, trying new seasonal recipes, and playing soccer!
