Taylor believes in practicing yoga as a way to connect with herself and deepen her awareness to the world around her. She finds the more connection she can make with herself, the more connection she can make with others; granting access to compassion and joy. In her teaching, Taylor uses concise movement cues, breath work, and metaphor to guide the class toward a union of breath and body.
As a practitioner for 10 years, Taylor completed her 200-hr teacher training under Renee Leblanc and Caitlyn Visconte at YogaWorks Back Bay and her 300-hr teacher training under the guidance of Caitlyn Visconte, Tim Kelleher, and Emily Tevald at Boston Yoga Union.
