Yoga for Those Impacted by Cancer

  • Boston Yoga Union 364 Boylston Street Boston, MA, 02116 United States (map)

Join Boston Yoga Union’s Becky Sail for this quarter’s slow flow and restore yoga class designed to support those impacted by cancer – whether that's you or someone you love. Becky – a cancer survivor herself – will guide a practice that acknowledges the real physical and emotional toll cancer can take, while creating space for connection, breath, and maybe some relief. This is for anyone impacted by cancer themselves, or those that are caregivers. Whether it is your first yoga class, you are repairing your relationship with your body after surgery or treatment, or you are hoping to inhabit a space of shared experience, we hope you can join us on your mat. It is free to attend with an optional donation to Dana Farber; suggestion of $30. You can donate here:
