What is a breathwork ceremony?

It is a ritual that allows us to bring new awareness to "what is", and enter a deepened state of connection with the natural world around us, as well as the landscape within. This evening is an opportunity to express our desires, and find new paths forward through breath practice. Whether you are new to breathwork or practice regularly, this workshop is an opportunity to lighten your load, be in community and discover new possibilities.

Your Instructor

Elizabeth has offered this breathwork practice both in her birth home of Boston and internationally. Breathwork is her personal practice for "energetic flossing" and has profoundly impacted her life. Continuing the lineage of her teacher David Elliot in New Mexico, Elizabeth is both a breathwork teacher trainer and breathwork facilitator in Boston and internationally. It is her greatest honor to offer this experience to her community and beloved yoga studio BYU.
