Ring in the New Year with a little nostalgia, a lot of movement, and all the feel-good vibes! Join us for a totally rad 90s-inspired Blacklight Vinyasa Flow where we'll turn down the lights, turn up the throwbacks, and flow into the new year together.

Expect an energizing, feel-good vinyasa class set to your favorite 90s hits, glowing neon vibes, and plenty of opportunities to let loose, move your body, and have some fun. Think fluorescent colors, throwback beats, blacklights, and all the nostalgia of the decade we just can't quit.

Whether you're ready to sweat, stretch, dance it out, or simply soak up the vibes, this class is all about celebrating where you've been and flowing into everything that's ahead.

Dress to glow! Break out your brightest neon, whites, and 90s-inspired gear. Let's make this a New Year's celebration worth remembering!

Meet Aquila

Aquila discovered her love of yoga initially because she was a dancer. At first she came to the practice from a lens of self improvement to gain more flexibility and lung endurance. She attended classes with her mother, and it became a special weekly ritual. She soon realized the ways in which she would benefit from the practice were not at all to do with the physical body. Yoga became a space in which she could move and connect with her mind in a more playful and accepting container. It was an hour a day to quiet the inner voices of perfectionism and pressure while still nourishing her body with the satisfaction of the physical practice.

In Aquila's class you can expect a creative and rigorous sequence that familiarizes you with movement patterns and transitions before building toward more options for exploration. She structures her classes with the origin of her yoga practice in mind, striving to offer classes that a variety of practitioners can perform and feel empowered. Offering challenges in tandem with accessibility and inviting practitioners to choose the variation that best suits them.
