Make time to pause & tend to your nervous system throughout the summer with a series of immersive somatic sound journeys aligned with the summer’s lunar and solar transitions. This 90-minute experience is designed to bridge the gap between movement and stillness as well as bringing your energy more in sync with the natural rhythms of the season. The journey begins with gentle somatic flow, moving away from traditional yoga asana toward a slow-motion inquiry into the body’s habitual holding patterns. Through micro-movements and intuitive unwinding, we hydrate the fascia and release deep-seated tension. The practice then winds down into restorative yoga before resolving into a soundbath. The combination of somatic movement and sound will support you in slowing the thinking mind and settling the body into ease. You will leave feeling grounded and deeply nourished ready to embrace the expansive energy of the Boston summer.
