Heart Chakra Soundbath

Love is your natural state of being.

This workshop is a meditative journey to help you reconnect with the energy of love, compassion, and emotional balance that resides within you. Through a harmonious blend of gentle yoga and restorative poses, you’ll move with grace and rest in stillness, creating space to release barriers and invite healing. We will strengthen our back while opening our hearts- physically and energetically. Central to this experience is a transformative sound bath, where healing vibrations will wash over you, helping to dissolve energetic blockages and open the flow of prana (life energy) through your heart and beyond.

The sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz and 528 Hz, frequencies known to promote harmony and healing. As the soothing frequencies resonate with your body’s energy centers, they create a deep sense of peace and emotional balance. Combined with mindful movement and guided meditation, this experience supports holistic healing for both body and soul.
