Rooted in the Yamas
A gentle, grounding yoga experience exploring the yamas- the ethical roots of yoga, through breath, reflection, and intentional movement. Instead of only learning about the yamas, we will practice them in the body: softening harm, meeting truth, moving from enoughness, honoring our energy, and loosening the grip of striving. No performance. No perfection. Just presence.

A two-hour elemental ritual weaving Yin Yoga, micro-dose breathwork, and guided manifestation prompts. Melt into the cooling wisdom of water, then ignite your inner fire to activate clarity, release, and soul-aligned visioning. The perfect blend of Yin, Yang, and zero-point creation.
Gentle is the New Advanced with J. Brown
This workshop takes us deep into the practice and philosophy behind J. Brown’s slow and strong, powerfully intimate, breath-centered therapeutic yoga teaching.

Resolve to Evolve: A New Year's Day Chakra Workshop
No matter where you are at midnight, be on your mat on New Year's Day! Working along the energetic pathway from Root Chakra to Crown, we will focus our intentions, breath, and vinyasa flow on clearing stagnant energy from the past and preparing the body, mind, spirit for the New Year ahead. It's the perfect time to reflect, integrate, and alchemize your energy as we choose what we release and what we carry forward. We will end in a long savasana with elements of Yoga Nidra in order to seal our practice and clarify our purpose. Expect to leave feeling wrung out and recentered for 2026! This will be our 15th year flowing together on New Year's Day!
