This class will blend asana (yoga poses) and pranayama (breath work) into highly imaginative play. Yoga allows kids to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve concentration. Kids will enjoy community building yoga games and activities to enhance connection! Each class will end with restorative poses and breathing exercises. Give your little ones the tools to be happy, inspired, and relaxed.
