Yoga can support tweens/teens in finding balance in their academic and personal development, in their busy schedules, and their other athletic activities. In this 12-week series they will work on building strength in postural muscles, improve range of motion and flexibility, and learn the grounding powers of breath-work.
12 Week Series for Ages 12-15
Fridays at 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
February 14, 28; March 7, 21, 28; April 4, 11; May 2, 7, 16, 23; June 6
No Classes on February 21, March 14th, April 18th & 25th
