  • New, first-time students can enjoy an introductory 3 weeks of unlimited yoga for $49.

    This is a great, affordable way to explore both locations, meet our teachers, and find your favorite classes.

  • Yes, pre-registration is recommended as many classes fill up quickly. You can reserve your spot online in just a few clicks:

  • We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class to check in, settle in, and get comfortable before practice begins.

    We do recommend allowing extra time if driving to find parking, expecially on evenings and weekends.

  • Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothes. Many students also bring towels to our hot yoga classes.

     If you don’t have your own mat, mat rentals are available for your convenience.

    Our studios are fully equipped with all the props you’ll need blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and massage balls.

  • We offer flexible memberships, class packs, and drop-in options so you can choose what works best for your lifestyle and schedule.

    All options can be used at either our locations in Coolidge Corner or Back Bay.

  • Coolidge Corner: Metered street parking is available along Beacon Street and select free parking options on nearby side streets. Please allow extra time to find parking, especially during peak hours.

    Back Bay: Paid garages and metered street parking are available nearby. We recommend allowing extra time if driving, especially on evenings and weekends.
