SPECIAL EVENTS
Move, Breathe, Connect. All proceeds to Namastay.
Join Izzy VanHall and the Namastay team for a heart-opening yoga practice that celebrates connection, community, and healthy living.
Back Bay: 1-2:30pm
Coolidge Corner 4-5:30pm
A gentle, grounding yoga experience exploring the yamas- the ethical roots of yoga, through breath, reflection, and intentional movement. Instead of only learning about the yamas, we will practice them in the body: softening harm, meeting truth, moving from enoughness, honoring our energy, and loosening the grip of striving. No performance. No perfection. Just presence.
David returns to Boston Yoga Union!
This workshop takes us deep into the practice and philosophy behind J. Brown’s slow and strong, powerfully intimate, breath-centered therapeutic yoga teaching.
REOCCURING WORKSHOPS
Cass & Vic will guide the group through a variety of "partner-poses" to enhance your verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Then, you will learn simple and effective Thai Bodywork techniques to bring bliss to the entire body from head to toe.
A restorative evening of somatic movement, guided rest and sound healing designed to release stress, reset your nervous system, and leave you feeling deeply renewed. Led by Victoria Huebner, a trauma-informed yoga instructor & somatic bodyworker.
A Flow & Restore experience with sound healing, crafted for BIPOC students to release, reconnect, and settle into year’s end with intention.
