An early evening of shared bliss, this partner yoga & massage experience transcends the ordinary.
Cass & Vic will guide the group through a variety of "partner-poses" in which you will enhance your verbal and nonverbal communication skills to both be supported and provide support. Together you will play, move, stretch and lightly strengthen. Your instructors will guide the group in Thai Bodywork, teaching simple and effective techniques that bring bliss to the entire body from head to toe. You will discover how to bring relaxation and joy to your partner's body, and in turn, receive those benefits yourself!
The workshop has been carefully designed to include instruction & demonstration, while leaving room for yogis to follow the flow of their breath and connect intimately with their partners. After each short demonstration, the instructors will be walking around the room to provide any additional support.
Expect to laugh together, hold space for one another, support and hold each other. These practices help create space for meaningful and deep connection.
The experience doesn't end here! You will be able to take these yoga & massage moves home with you to continue to connect.
Please bring any type of partner - lover, family, friend; anyone who makes you feel safe. Flexibility and experience are not requirements. Modifications will always be offered whenever possible. Opt for comfy clothes to enhance your freedom of movement. Bring two yoga mats for a seamless session. If needed, mats are available at the studio.
