An evening of shared bliss, this Partner Yoga & Thai Massage experience transcends the ordinary.
Cassandre Titus and Victoria Huebner will guide the group through a variety of "partner-poses" in which you will enhance your verbal and nonverbal communication skills to both be supported and provide support. Together you will play, move, stretch and connect deeply. Cass & Vic will then guide the group in Thai Yoga Massage, teaching simple and effective techniques that bring bliss to the entire body from head to toe. You will discover how to bring relaxation and joy to your partner's body, and in turn, receive those benefits yourself!
The workshop has been carefully designed to include instruction & demonstration, while leaving room for yogis to follow the flow of their breath and connect intimately with their partners. After each short demonstration, the instructors will be walking around the room to provide any additional support.
Expect to laugh together, hold space for one another, support and hold each other. These practices help create space for meaningful and deep connection.
The experience doesn't end here! You will be able to take these yoga & thai massage moves home with you to continue to connect.
