Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or just excited to broaden your understanding of what yoga is and how it relates to your life, join Emily and Chase for a joyful weekend of embodiment, connection, metaphor and magic.

Join Emily Jonas and Chase Connolly for a joyful weekend yoga immersion. Explore challenging all-levels practices, traditional yogic theory, and Katonah maps and metaphor, pranayama and meditation. You will leave with an expansive understanding of your physical asana practice as well as techniques for how to begin your own restorative, pranayama and meditation practices. 

Throughout the weekend expect to develop your understanding of:

  • Asana as origami

  • Breathwork & Pranayama

  • Intro to a Home Practice

  • Restorative Yoga

You will leave with an expansive sense of yourself, strong & joyful, with a whole new approach to a deeply familiar practice

*12 hours towards your Katonah yoga certification

*Katonah Yoga® is a syncretic Hatha yoga practice developed by Nevine Michaan over 40 years. She and her teachers incorporate classical Hatha yoga with Taoist theory, geometry, magic, mythology, metaphor, and imagination — in a practical framework designed to potentiate personal and communal well-being.
