Paid garages and metered street parking are available nearby. We recommend allowing extra time if driving, especially on evenings and weekends.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class to check in, settle in, and get comfortable before practice begins.

Yes. All Access memberships can be used at both our Coolidge Corner and Back Bay locations.

Our studios are fully equipped with blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and massage balls.
If you don’t have your own mat, mat rentals are available for your convenience. -
Yes. Mat storage is included as a benefit for monthly and annual unlimited members.

Yes! We offer accessible, all-levels classes every day. New students are always welcome, and our teachers are happy to help you get oriented.
