Kids Yoga

Child development experts are realizing how beneficial yoga is for the younger set. Yoga decreases stress, increases cognitive functioning and, most of all, it’s fun! Our kids yoga teachers specialize in yoga for the little ones and provide a safe, fun, accepting environment for your child’s earliest intro to yoga.

Kids Yoga is for ages 8-12.

Teens Yoga

Yoga can support tweens/teens in finding balance in their academic and personal development, in their busy schedules, and their other athletic activities. In this 12-week series they will work on building strength in postural muscles, improve range of motion and flexibility, and learn the grounding powers of breath-work.

Teen Yoga is for ages 12-15.
