A 3-Part Yin Yoga & Meditation Series for Winter Preparation and Inner Coherence
Each session is 90 minutes and includes yin postures, guided meditation, conscious breathing, and a closing savasana healing transmission.
No prior experience with yin or meditation is necessary, simply a willingness to soften into presence.
Part I – Letting Go to Remember
As the light wanes in Fall, the season of letting go, nature invites stillness. Yet our modern lives resist it. In this class, we explore how letting go isn't a loss, but a return. Through slow yin postures and gentle breath, we create space in the body and mind to notice rather than react. From this spaciousness, choice is reborn. Truth becomes accessible not as an idea, but as a lived sensation. In stillness, we remember who we are.
Part II – The Alchemy of Grief
Grief is often avoided, yet it is one of the most direct portals to the heart. In this practice, we gently open to what’s been held, not to fix or change, but to witness and allow. In stillness, the subtle body speaks. Through somatic breath, yin shapes, and compassionate awareness, we practice listening to grief as a guide. What releases is not just sorrow but the space beneath it, where love resides.
Part III – Returning to the Light
Close to the eve of winter’s longest night, we gather to honor the quiet power of the dark and the light it makes possible. In this final session, we move through a restorative arc of yin and meditation, culminating in a collective healing transmission. As we root into the body, we reclaim joy, clarity, and the presence that lives beyond thought. Sovereignty begins within - in the still point, in the breath, in the choice to come home.
