“This breathwork process with Jon is a pathway towards hope - towards starting over and letting go of the narratives that felt so constricting... this is a powerful and quick key that opens the heart.”
- Dr. John Stewart, PhD - Clinical Psychologist
Stress can leave its imprints on us. And although we don’t always control what happens in life, we are not obligated to carry the residue forever.
These imprints can cause lingering symptoms - anxiety, overthinking, discomfort in the body or mind - creating a kind of armor that over time becomes a barrier... keeping us small, constricted and stuck in the same old loops.
Somatic Breathwork utilizes the breath as a vehicle to move through deeper layers of emotional patterning, energetic constriction and stored tension - creating space and amplifying the volume of the quiet, steady, timeless wisdom that lives within your heart.
Through active, sustained breathwork, spacious guidance and supported integration you’ll have the opportunity to explore a FELT experience of embodied transformation - from a state of constriction to one of expansion, liberation and heart-centered authenticity.
