Emily Jerant-Hendrickson began teaching in 2016 after graduating with a BFA in dance from The Boston Conservatory and has completed her 300hr and Restorative training at Down Under School of Yoga. Her openness to learning from a wide variety of movement and yoga teachers, commitment to regular self practice, and experience recovering from injuries root her classes in curiosity, creativity, and clear anatomical instruction. Highly influenced by her teachers Nikki Vilella and Nicole Clark, Emily’s classes are challenging and intelligently sequenced with grounding instruction that leave her students feeling accomplished and at ease.
