Hi! My name is Tobey, and I discovered yoga 11 years ago and fell in love with it's ability to remove me from the world to take time to listen to my inner self! I enjoy guiding transformative vinyasa-style classes using heat, soul stirring music, immersive lighting and fun/challenging sequences as our tools! I was born in Switzerland and am a wanderer at heart. Off the mat, I'm about biking, walking, and seeking adventures. I'm fueled by a love for reading, movies and building community.
