Strength, Stability and Flexibility at 1:00-2:15PM

Step into the new year with intention and ease. This slow-flow vinyasa class offers a grounding, conscious, and deeply connected experience designed to build a strong foundation from the inside out. Move with freedom as you align your physical and energetic body, cultivate core strength, and explore postures with mindful attention and presence.

Rolling in the Deep at 3-5pm

Using varied body rolling tools and a systematic look at unwinding the body, we will uncover restrictions and promote greater physical alignment and mobility. This class is a deep tissue massage that will educate practitioners on self care, break through to new levels of flexibility, and brighten and invigorate the soul! David brings his vibrate personality, deep care for others wellness, and his wealth of knowledge of the body function and form to create a supportive, educational, and transformational experience.
