If you are like us, you may be wondering “What’s next…”. While you learned a ton in YTT, you may have left with more questions than answers! That’s what happens! No amount of theory fully prepares new teachers for the live environment of a public yoga class. And with such a wide variety of student populations, it may be challenging to navigate without continued guidance of more experienced educators. Mentorship can help new teachers hone and fine tune the skills learned in YTT, as well as develop more advanced techniques to continue improving and growing as teachers. Mentorship can also create a safe container in which to grow your teaching wings composed of fledgling teachers, just like yourself!
