Spend a weekend with Caitlyn Visconte and Tim Kelleher working on the nuts and bolts of teachings.

Sequencing, Demonstration, Adjustments, Observation and Advanced Poses will be the focus of 12 hours intensive over two days. Each day will begin with a practice designed to set the stage for the afternoon's deep dive into content. The days will build on each other, so attendance for the full weekend is recommended.

Day 1- Next Level Sequencing and Teaching Advanced Poses

This is a comprehensive workshop focused on teaching you how to craft dynamic and transformative sequences. This workshop will provide a roadmap to creating smart, challenging and creative classes. You will also learn expert techniques for adding more advanced asana to your flow classes.

Day 2 - Effective Demonstrations, Insightful Observations and Transformational Adjustments

Sometimes a picture (or a well placed hand) is indeed worth a thousand words. Clear demos and skillful assists can illuminate key details of poses for students. You will learn time tested techniques for effective demonstration, practice accurately observing and assessing students in poses, and learn hands on adjustments that can help make your classes unmissable for your students.
