Classes involve resting for extended periods of time (often between 2-6 minutes) in yoga poses with the support of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks. With the support of the props, you’ll begin to release effort in the poses, allowing your body to rest and your mind to observe subtleties of the breath and the moment.
