At Boston Yoga Union we aim to be flexible and accommodating, while also ensuring a fair and consistent experience for all members. Please read and familiarize yourself with the following cancellation and no-show policies:
Class Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time, there is no penalty.
Late Cancellation (within 2 hours): If you have a 5 or 10-class pack or drop-in pass, canceling within 2 hours will result in the loss of that class.
Unlimited Membership: There is no penalty for cancellations under an unlimited membership.
Here is a support article showing how to cancel an upcoming registration through our system. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please feel free to email us at hello@bostonyogaunion.com.
