Deep Rest: Gentle Yoga and Hypno-Therapy for Good Sleep

With Tatyana Souza and Karen Norgaard

Tuesday, October 29th (7:30 - 9:00 p.m.)

$50

Struggling with sleep? Waking up tired and foggy?

Come for an evening of guided relaxation and meditation to promote a night of restful sleep.

Learn the daily habits that affect your sleep rhythm and sleep quality. Receive a take home practice and audio reinforcement recording that you can use every night to achieve your sleep goals.

Our evening will start with a check-in, followed by” good sleep habits” lesson. We will then relax and open our energy channels through a gentle yoga practice. Once your body is relaxed and your mind is calm and open, you will be guided through a therapeutic imagery meditation that will help your nervous system calm down and enjoy a good night's sleep. Wake up refreshed and revitalized!

Reiki and sound healing will be offered during our restful session.

Benefits of Sleep Hypno-therapy:

Hypnotherapy can be highly beneficial for managing insomnia and stress by targeting the subconscious mind to address the root causes of these issues. Here are some key benefits:

  1. Promotes Relaxation: Hypnotherapy induces a deep state of relaxation, helping the body and mind let go of tension. This state of calm can ease stress and improve sleep quality.

  2. Breaks Negative Thought Patterns: Hypnosis can help reframe negative thought patterns that contribute to stress and insomnia, encouraging more positive, restful thinking.

  3. Reduces Anxiety: By addressing underlying emotional triggers, hypnotherapy helps reduce anxiety, which is a major cause of stress and sleep disturbances.

  4. Improves Sleep Habits: It can help reprogram the mind to associate bedtime with relaxation rather than stress or wakefulness, helping to establish healthier sleep routines.

  5. Strengthens Coping Mechanisms: Hypnosis can equip individuals with mental tools to better manage stress, enhancing resilience in stressful situations.

  6. Addresses Root Causes: It can be effective in uncovering deeper emotional issues or unresolved trauma that may be manifesting as insomnia or stress, allowing for healing at a deeper level.

Overall, hypnotherapy provides a holistic approach to managing these conditions by addressing both physical and psychological aspects.

Dress comfortably in clothes that can move but also keep you cozy. Bring a warm layer for the guided meditation. All yoga props will be provided.
